It's an Impreza ad, GD chassis if i remember correctly.
The setting: cars with two wheels on the ground, indicating their drivetrain (e.g. RWD cars: back wheels only, FWD cars: front wheels only) while the Impreza stays in all four wheels
Year: 2004 (not sure if it's bugeye or blobeye era)
First saw this: Los Angeles television while on vacation
Why I couldn't find it: tried typing "2004 subaru impreza commercial" on the search box, sooooo much suggestion.
